Announcement of Winners for the ERSCP Best Article Award

The ERSCP Best Article Award has been launched for rewarding the excellent research work in the field of sustainability carried out by the members of the ERSCP community. In 2025, the ERSCP announced the first competition of the ‘Best Article Award’ of the previous two years. All articles have been presented by the author(s) at a previous ERSCP conference (Graz 2021 or Wageningen 2023).

The Jury – consisting of the board of the ERSCP society – awarded one ‘Best Article’ and further six articles as ‘Recommended Articles’. In addition to the scientific content of the article, we also assessed the resonance it has generated in academic circles and social media (downloads, discussion).

    The award winning and the recommended articles were announced and awarded at the ERSCP 25 conference in Prague.

    They received a certificate of the award signed by the Jury and the Head of the Jury. The authors of the Best Article additionally received one free ticket for the next conference.
