ERSCP stands for the European Roundtable for Sustainable Consumption and Production, a society that organises and promotes activities in the field of Sustainable Consumption and Production.
The ERSCP Society was established in 1994 and hosts bi-annual conferences. It encourages collaboration across research, practice, and policy in order to promote a transition to sustainable societies. For more information on ERSCP Society’s focus and aim see here.

What’s currently on the agenda
The ERSCP Best Article Award is launched for rewarding the excellent research work in the field of sustainability carried out by the members of the ERSCP community. In 2025, ERSCP will announce the first competition of the „Best Article Award” of the previous two years. The nomination is open from now to 15/08/2025.

The 22nd European Roundtable on Sustainable Consumption and Production (ERSCP 2025) conference will be held in Prague from September 16-18, 2025 with the PhD Day scheduled for September 15.

Who can become a member?
Anyone interested in the field of Sustainable Consumption and Production at large and the activities of the ERSCP Society can become a member. Whether institutional membership of organisations will become possible, will be decided later on.
The bi-annual fee for a personal membership is preliminary set at 50 Euro, students pay a reduced bi-annual fee of 25 Euros.
